I’ve been working on some long overdue spring cleaning the last few weeks, and I’ve really been taking stock of my closet. I’ve got gray sweaters and black skinnies a plenty. I’ve got bombers and v-necks galore. You want bodysuits? I got 20. But who cares? No big deal. I want mooooore. (bodysuits that is.)
I’m not sure what it says when a grown adult owns more onesies than a baby, but that’s a conversation for a different day. This 80’s throwback is popping up across shops everywhere, and I could not be happier. Forget all of that lumpy, awkward stuffing of your shirt inside your jeans. Bodysuits eliminate the weird bunchiness and completely streamline your look, especially since undergarments are optional. However, when you’re on your way to dedicating an entire section of your closet to bodysuits, you need to find some that are easy on your pocketbook, as well as quality enough to keep everything buttoned up. (If you know what I mean.)
I came across the Alley Rose Ribbed Bodysuit on Tobi.com. It was super affordable, especially since they have a promo for half off your first order. I have to admit I was a little skeptical on how the quality would be since it was very budget-friendly, but when I received it was very impressed. It’s thick, and even has snaps which is a huge bonus when you think about all of processes with wearing a bodysuit.
The rose color on this particular bodysuit is very on-trend, and doesn’t it just scream summer vibes when paired with some Levi 501’s? The Alley Rose Bodysuit comes in a number of colors, and Tobi has gobs of other cute bodysuits if you’re looking for something particular.
Tobi sent this awesome bodysuit in exchange for a product review. All opinions expressed are explicitly my own.
