In this post, I’m sharing an easy recipe for Cranberry Champagne Cocktails. This weekend, Michael and I hosted our annual holiday party with our friends, which is always one of my favorite events of the entire year! We have a full Christmas meal, everyone brings a dish to pass, and we always end up having a few too many drinks.
Over the years, this Cranberry Champagne Cocktail has become the party’s signature holiday drink. It’s bubbly, beautiful and exquisite. It’s also budget-friendly which is helpful when hosting a large party.
Cranberry Champagne Cocktail Recipe
All you need is a bag of cranberries, a bottle of cranberry juice and a bottle of champagne (or six, in our case). Place the cranberries in the freezer ahead of time. The cranberries act as a prettier version of the ice cube, and they won’t water your drink down. For presentation, I set the frozen cranberries out in a bowl, and I also poured the cranberry juice into one of my crystal pitchers.
To serve, pour the bubbly into a champagne glass, add a splash of cranberry juice, and top off with a few frozen cranberries. Your guests will love it!
